Overnight Oats With berries & Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 150ml protein oat milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp paleo mix
  • 50g mixed berries
  • (Optional: a drizzle of maple syrup or honey if you like it sweeter)
  • Leave overnight in a sealed jar

Directions

  1. In a jar or container, mix oats, milk, paleo mix and peanut butter.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Gently fold in the berries (or layer them on top if using frozen).
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir and enjoy cold.
