Parmesan Crust for Halibut PHS

Ingredients

  • 2 Qts. Panko (pulsed in robo coupe a few time to make finer)
  • 2 Qts. Grated Parmesan
  • 3T. Garlic powder
  • 3T. Onion powder
  • 1C. Butter-Melted
  • 3T. Salt
  • 2T. Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the butter in a bowl. Drizzle butter a little at a time until fully combined. (About the consistency of wet sand.) Let cool completely if needed. Store in appropriate container. Cover , label, and date. Store in walk-in.
