  • -Scant 2 c. penne or mini-penne
  • -10 oz. (or more if container is larger) Alfredo sauce
  • -Cooked Italian-seasoned chicken, chopped small (used about 1/2 pkg. Perdue Italian shortcuts)
  • -Oregano, about a tsp.
  • - Chopped sundried tomatoes, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup)

  1. Cook penne to al dente done-ness.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Zap in microwave briefly to warm.
