Pasta Mardi Gras

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Linguini
  • 8 oz Medium Shrimp
  • 8 oz Crab Claw Meat
  • 12 oz Andouille Sausage
  • 8 oz Crawfish
  • 8 oz Bay Scallops
  • 16 oz Bacon (diced)
  • 24 oz Bertolli Vodka Sauce
  • 1 cup Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ cup Garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup White Wine

Directions

  1. 1. In a cast iron pot, melt butter over med-high heat.
  2. 2. Add Seasoning Mix, Mushrooms, Andouille, and Bacon.
  3. 3. Sauté 3-5 minutes, add Garlic and Tomatoes and continue to sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add Shrimp, Crab, Crawfish, and Scallops cooking for 2 additional minutes. Remove.
  5. 5. Deglaze pan with White wine or lemon juice and cook until volume of liquid is reduced to half.
  6. 6. Add Vodka Sauce and stir approximately 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Add Proteins and Vegetables back to pan.
  8. 8. Remove from heat, add parsley and season to taste using salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Gently fold in cooked Linguini and serve.
