Pesto Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 300g organic pasta (penne)
- 118g edamame beans
- 100g chicken breast, baked and sliced
- 31g spinach
- 11g basil pesto
- 3g walnuts, toasted and diced
- 50g lemon juice
Directions
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, edamame beans, chicken breast and spinach.
Top with pesto, walnuts and lemon juice.
Toss to combine.
Add some grated parmesan cheese.
