Pesto Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 150g organic penne
- 60g edamame beans
- 50g chicken breast, baked and sliced
- 15g baby Spinach
- 1 tsp Basil pesto
- 2g walnuts, diced
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, edamame beans, cooked chicken and spinach.
Top with basil pesto, walnuts and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Add grated Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
