Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- I/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- Parmesan cheese
- Chilli flakes
- Cooked bacon, capsicum, onion ……

Directions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, save some water for the sauce.
- Cook bacon etc if using, then add cream and pesto. Bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta and stir to coat.
- Serve with Parmesan.
