PH Chipotle Aioli
Ingredients
- 1 qt Mayonnaise
- 1 qt Sour Cream
- 2 cans Chipotle in Adobo 7oz; blended until smooth
- 1/3 c Lime Juice
- 3 Tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Salt
Directions
- Then combine all ingredients and blend in mixer or robo coupe until mixed well. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Store in appropriate container, cover, label, and date.
