  • 10 C Parsley- thick stems removed, rough chopped
  • 4 C Basil- thick stems removed, rough chopped
  • 4 C Mint- thick stems removed, rough chopped
  • 4 TBSP Capers- drained, rinsed
  • 12 ea Anchovy filets- drained
  • 4 ea Garlic cloves- whole
  • 3 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 4 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 2 1/2 C Seka Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 8ea Ice Cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in robo coupe and blend to a smooth consistency.
