Pickled Cucumber Marinade PHS
Ingredients
- 3/4C Sugar
- 1&1/2C Rice Vinegar
- 3C Water
- 3t Salt
- 4ea. Cucumbers peeled and sliced

Directions
- Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, and water until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid over sliced cucumbers, cover and refrigerate for at least 30mins. Store in plastic container. Cover, label, and date.
