  •   FROSTING:

  •   4 cups confectioners' sugar
  •   2 teaspoons coconut extract
  •   3 to 4 tablespoons water
  •   FILLING:
  •   1 jar (18 ounces) pineapple preserves
  •   Dried pineapple slices and toasted coconut, optional
