  • Flour
  • Horseradish
  • Gruyere cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Green onion
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Slice onions very thin with mandolin.
  2. Slice potatoes.
  3. Make cheese sauce over the stove in a pot by adding heavy cream, butter, flour, horseradish, onions, salt and pepper. Add in Parmesan and gruyere cheeses to thicken.
  4. In a baking dish, layer sauce then potatoes, then top with gruyere cheese, salt and pepper. Continue layering until done. Too with green onions.
  5. Bake at 375 for 45mins to and hour.
