Potatoes With Sausages
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 2,3 tomatoes
- Bell pepper and 1 chili pepper
- Oil
- Sausages
- Salt/pepper
- Tomato sauce (salsa)
- Onion
- Garlic
Directions
- Mince one onion and put in a pan with 2 spoons of garlic, add oil and stir
- Add sausages and mix (for sausages to cook)
- Slice tomatoes (3 tomatoes) into cubes and slices of bell pepper (you can add a chili pepper too)
- Add it to the mix and stir till the veggies are semi cooked
- Then add salsa (4,5 spoons) and salt and pepper and mix
- Then add 1 cup of water to make sauce and add slices of potatoes (taste and add salt/pepper accordingly)
- Let it cook on the stove till potatoes are done or you can let cook in the oven (use grill for a crispy topping)
