Ingredients

  • 300g milk chocolate, melted
  • 75g rice krispies
  • 50g puffed quinoa
  • 3 tablespoons milled flaxseed

Directions

  1. Line an 8 inch squared tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate- in the microwave or on no 1 setting on the hob use a wide pot.
  3. Pour in the Rice Krispies, puffed quinoa and flaxseed, coat in chocolate.
  4. Transfer to the tin, push down with the back of a spoon.
  5. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into bars.
