Directions

  1. Lightly coat tomatoes and jalapenos with olive oil and then roast on the grill. Note-jalapenos cook faster. Grill Medium heat: tomatoes 5-6 minutes on top and bottom. Remove them if they get too mushy.
  2. Small dice onion and cilantro.
  3. Remove stems from veggies.
  4. Use food processor to your choice of chunckiness.
  5. Stir in salt and garlic powder to taste
