  • 12-24 CT ROMA TOMATOES
  • 2-4 JALAPEÑOS
  • 1 GREEN PEPPER
  • 1 WHITE ONION
  • 1 RED ONION
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1 TBS KOSHER SALT
  • 1/2 BUNCH CILANTRO
  • 1 15ml TOMATO PASTE

Directions

  1. Boil tomatoes for 3-5 minutes then until skin starts to peel away from tomato, put the tomatoes in cold water with ice to cool down for easy peeling add tomato paste now after that mash everything thing together.
