Ingredients

  • 750 mL (1 bottle) cold sparkling white wine
  • 500 mL (2 cups) cold San Pellegrino Sparkling Clementine Beverage
  • 500 mL (2 cups) peach nectar
  • 125 mL (½ cup) brown or white rum
  • 1 can (560 mL) whole litchis
  • 2 limes cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 orange, cut into half-rounds
  • 18 leaves of fresh basil

Directions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients together. Divide the litchis with syrup, lime wedges, orange half-rounds, and basil leaves into six 500-mL (2-cup) Mason jars. Top up the jars with the liquid and steep for one hour before drinking.
