Sardine Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sardines in olive oil (boneless and skinless)
  • Juice of about half a lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped Olive My Pickle's Kosher Dill Fermented Pickles.
  • 1/4 cup of chopped sweet onion (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon better mayo (avocado oil based)
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Kalamata Olives
  • For a spicy version, use Primal Kitchen's Chipotle Lime Mayo and add a few splashes of Hot Sauce
  • *** No extra salt is necessary, the pickles add enough.
