Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cans crushed hunts tomatoes
- 2 small hunts tomato sauce
- 1 small tomato paste
- 2 cups water/ 1 large can
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1-2 pinch/shakes crushed red pepper
- Add salt to taste at the end
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion and garlic, stir until transparent. Add other ingredients and meat. Simmer for 2 hours.
