- 1 c diced onion
- 4 c cornbd toasted and chopped
- 1/4 c fresh parsley
- 1 tsp poultry seasons
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c chop pecans

- Cook sausage, celery and onion til done. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 2 quart greased casserole 325 degrees covered for 35 minutes then uncovered 10 mins
- To toast cornbd. Bake 400 degrees 10 mins
