2. Steam 1 cup of dry rice with 2 cups of water in rice steamer or on stove top (for stove top: boil water, add rice, cover with lid and let simmer) for 18-22 minute (times vary based on type of rice).
3. While rice is steaming, stir in coconut oil and rice vinegar at 10 minutes.
4. Prepare tuna when 5 minutes on timer of rice is left.
5. Steam leafy greens or sauté separately while rice cooks which should take 3-4 minutes.
6. For tuna, coat top and bottom of pieces with sesame seeds.
7. On a skillet, heat sesame oil and sear coated tuna steaks.
8. Sear on each side for 1-1:30 minutes.
9. Sear each corner for 10 seconds.
10. Place the tuna on a cutting board and slice thin pieces.
11. Serve over rice and greens. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
