Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dry lentejas
  • 1cup of chickpeas
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 2-3 Potatoes
  • Bunch of Cilantro
  • 2 pickled Jalapeño
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sazon
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Bring the lentejas to simmer with the garlic. 1 cube of knorr and sazon.
  2. Once the lentejas are close to being done then you add all the chopped up veggies once the carrots and potatoes are soft they are done. You would add more salt and pepper to taste
