Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter.
- Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture.
- Roll out to 1/4 in. Cut into desired shapes and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
- Frost with desired frosting. (Cream cheese frosting pairs great with these!)
