1. Fry the hamburger and onion in a pan. Add in the Worcestershire Sauce and season with salt and pepper. Depending on how you like your peppers, you can saute them in the pan, too, or just add them in the next step. Also, the kale or spinach can be sauteed. Cook the meat until almost cooked. A little pink is fine, because it will continue to cook in the oven.
2. While the hamburger is cooking, Mix the tomato soup and rice in a casserole dish. Add in the rest of the ingredients from step 1. and mix well. Add a bit of water, if needed.
3. Cover with foil. Put instructions to cook at 350 for about 25 minutes.
