  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1-14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Optional Garnishes: monterrey jack cheese, sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro
