  • Cake flour sifted 1/4C
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Eggs extra large two separated
  • I Sugar 1/4C
  • Pure vanilla extract 3/4 teaspoon
  • Pure lemon extract two drops
  • Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons Melted
  • Cream of tartare 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Springform pan butter/Pam- Wrapped in aluminum foil
  3. 🄣 sift flour, baking powder, and salt together

🐣 egg yolks (2) electric blender ā¬†ļø 3 minutes while running:

  1. āž• sugar 2 tablespoons (slowly) Until light yellow ribbons form ā° 5 minutes
