Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup diced leeks
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Add broccoli, leeks and other veggies you love, and salt and sauté for 8 minutes.
  2. Pour in eggs and egg whites and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
