Stir Fried Green Bean With Minced Pork(or Ground Beef)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Minced pork ( It can be swapped for beef)
  • • Green beans (chopped)
  • • Garlic (minced)
  • • Fresh chili (or bird's eye chili)
  • • 2Tbsp Light soy sauce
  • • 1/2 Tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • • 1 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • • 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • • Oil (for stir-frying)

Directions

  2. Mix sauce: 2 tosp light soy sauce, 1 tosp oyster sauce, ½ tosp dark soy sauce, 1 tosp cooking wine, ½ tosp sugar, ½ tosp cornstarch. Stir well.
  3. 2. Heat oil, fry minced pork until browned. Add sauce, stir, remove & set aside.
  4. 3. In the same pan, sauté garlic & chili until tragrant.
  5. 4. Add green beans, stir-fry until fully cooked.
  6. 5. Return minced pork, stir everything together until coated in sauce. Serve hot!
