Strawberry Cheese Cake Macarons

Ingredients

FIRST SET

3 egg white (absolutely no yoke)

1/4 sugar

SECOND SET

1 3/4 powdered sugar

1 cup of almond flour

3 drops of red food coloring

THIRD SET

1 cup of powdered sugar

4oz of cream cheese

4oz of mascarpone

2 tbsp of milk

Directions

Mix first set (preferably with electric mixer)
Then sift in second set
Then mix until smooth
Add in food coloring
Put into ziplock bag, snip off edge
Make macaron sized cookie on baking sheet
Tap 3 times on counter and set out for 50mins (until feels solid)
Mix third set
Bake cookies in oven (280•F/140•C) 15mins
Put third set mixture in a circle on cookie with a little bit of Jam or purée in the middle.
Put cookies together
Eat!
