Sugar Cookies w/ No/Less Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved in 2 TB milk
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 C flour
- Extra 1+C flour

Directions
- Bake 400 for 8-10 min
- Cream butter & sugar. Add rest of wet ingredients & mix well.
- Sift dry ingredients and slowly add to wet mixture. Add extra flour little at a time until dough is easy to roll.
- Chill covered for a few hours and then roll out on floured surface.
- Cut and bake till very light brown.
