Ingredients

  • Cook 2 cups carrots
  • Mix 1/4 cup sugar (the recipe says 1/2 cup and changed)
  • 1 1/2 T cornstarch
  • Add slowly 1 cup orange juice
  • Cook until thick and clear
  • Add carrots and mix well, let set 1 - 2 hours or overnight
