  • 7g Sugar
  • 3g Salt
  • 22g Vinegar
  • 9g Sugar
  • 5g Salt
  • 3sheets toasted seaweed
  • .......Topping.......
  • Avocado
  • Shrimp
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Salmon eggs
  • fried rotus root
  • Green perilla etc..what you like

Directions

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Mix ① Heat the olive oil in a pot,and fry the garlic and leave.
  3. Mix ②
  4. Sprinkle the both of vinegar dressing all over the rice. There are 2 kind of vinegared rice.
  5. Place a half of nori sheet on a clining film.Put th vinegared rice lightly on the nori sheet,and spread over the sheet leaving 3/4 inch at the top.(length-short,bottom-long)
  6. Lift the edges of both the film and nori sheet nearest you,and roll up to meet the far edge of the sheet.
  7. Cut in 6 crosswise.
  8. Add the topping as you like.
