  • -20 oz can pineapple chunks
  • -2 T cornstarch
  • -1/4 c vinegar
  • -bell pepper
  • -1/4 c brown sugar

Directions

  1. 1. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, and pineapple juice in pan over medium heat until boiling.
  2. 2. Add vinegar, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Cook pork and bell pepper in frying pan.
  4. 4. Add sauce to pork and bell pepper. Stir thoroughly.
