• 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (Swerve)
• 2 Large Eggs
• ¼ cup Coconut Oil (or butter, melted)
• ¼ cup Almond Milk
• 2 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
• 2 tablespoons Butter (softened)
• ⅓ cup Swerve Confectioners
• ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream (room temperature)

1. Preheat oven to 325F and line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat. Lightly grease the mat.
2. Place the cake mix in a large bowl and whisk in the eggs, butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. The mixture should be quite thick.
