Ingredients

  • Pâte brisée
  • 1 or 2 bottles of Asperges
  • 200g of Smoked Ham
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75cl of crème fraîche
  • Emmental
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a bol mix the 2eggs with crème fraîche, nutmeg, Salt and emmental
  2. Put the pate brisée in the rounded pan
  3. First layer -> Ham
  4. Second layer -> Asperges
  5. Third layer -> all the sauce
  6. 4th layer -> Cheese
  7. Preheat the oven and then put the Tarte
  8. 25 to 35mins in the oven
