Teriyaki Chicken (healthy option) in Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ▢1/3 cup pineapple juice, or orange juice
  • ▢3 Tbsp honey, or maple syrup
  • ▢1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ▢1 tsp sesame oil
  • ▢1 tsp fresh ginger, or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • ▢2 cloves garlic, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • ▢1 Tbsp sesame seeds, optional
  • For a thicker sauce:
  • ▢2 tsp. cornstarch + 2 tsp cold water
