Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic power
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili peppers
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan add the first group of ingredients.
- Over medium heat, stir to dissolve brown sugar.
- In a bowl add cold water and cornstarch.
- Add the cornstarch mix to the warm sauce.
- Whisk quickly until combined.
- Bring to a boil, whisk constantly until thickens.
