The Best Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Ounces of cream cheese, beaten until creamy
  • 1 1/2 Cups sour cream
  • 1 Package (10 OZ) frozen spinach, thawed and dried
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Envelope dry vegetables soup mix, Knorr makes a good one
  • 1 Tsp. garlic

Directions

  1. Mix and refrigerate at least two hours. I like to serve it in a toasted, sourdough round loaf of bread with the middle scooped out to serve as the bowl. I toast bite-sized pieces of sourdough bread to dip into the dip.
