  1. Pan in roasting pans, don’t overlap, single layer
  2. Season generously with the four cups taco seasoning
  3. Bake @ 375 until it reaches internal 170’
  4. Cool
  5. Shred
  6. Mix with chicken broth
  7. Vacuum pack
  8. Freeze
  9. *Do this whole process in one day
