Chicken:
Season Chicken to your liking (I just use Salt & Pepper). Grill on BBQ. Cut up chicken into bite size slices. Add to Sauce.
Shrimp:
Season Shrimp to your liking. Skewer Shrimp and Grill on BBQ. Add to sauce.
Mushrooms:
Saute in Butter. Garlic, and Salt and Pepper. Drain and Add to Sauce.
Sauce:
Add oil to a saute pan and saute onions until clear. Add remaining garlic and saute for a about 1 minute. Add Wine (I've been using Marsala Wine and it adds better flavor. Be careful don't use too much. I use about 2 TBSP) cook off alcohol. Add Can of Tomato Sauce and Stir together. Add Strips of Basil to Sauce ( Roll up Basil leave from bottom to tip and then cut from left to right and unroll strips). Add Salt and Pepper to Taste. Bring to a Boil and reduce heat. Let sit for two minutes. Add Heavy Whipping Cream a little at a time until you reach desired consistency, color (PINK), and flavor. Add Chicken (or Shrimp) and Mushrooms and let mix with sauce for a couple mins. Serve over your Favorite Pasta.
