Ingredients

  • 95g tuna in spring water, undrained
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 6 green olives
  • 2 tsp olive oil salad
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and dry fresh produce.
  2. Slice the onion, spinach, tomatoes and olive.
  3. Combine and toss these ingredients, as well as the almonds, in a large bowl.
  4. Dressing - in a smaller bowl, whisk with a fork the oil and cayenne pepper.
  5. Once dressing is made, pour over salad.
