Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 quarts Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 large cucumbers peeled & seeded
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Start by peeling the cucumber splitting it in half and removing all seeds. In a large bowl shred the cucumber on the large grated side. Add all remaining ingredients in Mix well.
