  • 1/4 -1/3 cup Erythritol
  • 2 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • Just shy of a cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Use flat mixer blade
  2. Put philly cheese vanilla and eryth in mixer low for 2 min
  3. Add 1/2 hvy cream mix 2 min
  4. Let sit for 5 min for eryth to dissolve
  5. Add other 1/2 cream
  6. Mix med speed 3 min until mixture is thick with firm peaks.
  7. Spoon into piping bag
  8. Pipe into 18 mini cupcake liners
  9. Fridge for 1 hour
  10. Store in fridge
