  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 c. low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. brown lentils, rinsed
  • 8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
  • Chopped onion, (vegan) cheese, and/or crackers for garnish
