Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds russet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup Braggs 24 herb and spice seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and poke with a fork. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain. Transfer to a stand mixer. Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
