1. Add 5 cups water to large pot and reach a medium-high boil. Add in garlic chili sauce and minced garlic. Boil until soup base is to your liking. Chop/mince up all vegetable ingredients and add them to soup base. Boil on medium/high for about 10 minutes. Add in tofu and noodles. Boil on medium for 7-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to liking. Scoop out noodles first and serve with tofu/vegetables on top. Enjoy with chopsticks.
