  • 1tsp ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced (1/2tbsp)
  • 1 green onion, chopped and whites and greens separated
  • 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 small bunches of bok choy, leaves separated and larger leaves sliced into smaller pieces
  • 1tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1tbsp dark soy sauce (Kechap Manis)
  • 1tsp coconut sugar
