- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup Monteray Jack cheese

- 1/3 cup Muenster cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Gouda cheese
- 4 tb. Butter, cut in pieces
