Garlic Parmesan Asparagus THM S


  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 3 Tbs butter or coconut oil melted
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (green can)


Preheat oven to 425
Rinse and trim asparagus
Spread in single layer on baking sheet
Drizzle butter or oil over asparagus
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle on garlic and Parmesan.
Using your hands, mix the asparagus with the butter and the rest of the ingredients, then lay them out in a single layer again.
Bake 9-10 minutes.
