IP Spicy Chicken and Veggie Soup

- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast s
- 2 containers (4 cups ea.), mixed veggies (Frozen)
- --- or bag of other frozen veggies
- 1 container (1.25 cup), Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth - depending on how 'soupy' you want
- 28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
Cut chicken breasts into bite size cubes. Add remaining ingredients. Add extra broth for more of a soup consistency.
